Are your First Aid Kits OSHA Approved?

No First Aid Kits are "OSHA Approved". OSHA does not rates kits, or give their endorsement, they do, however, set guidelines for content and container, and all our kits meet the requirements for the purposes for which they are designed/advertised.

Said in another way, our kits are "OSHA Compliant". As the 3rd largest manufacturer of First Aid Products in the US, we have a great responsibility to produce OSHA and ANSI compliant products.

Yes! We have a easy reordering system integrated into this website.

  2. Enter your email and password if you haven't done so already.
  3. Your recent orders will be displayed with the date, and the products you ordered.
  4. Enter the quantity of the item you want to reorder and check the box under the "Reorder?" column.
  5. Click the "Add to Cart" button at the top or bottom of this page and continue to checkout!

How do I check tracking / delivery of my order?

Login to your account. The "Account Summary" page will have your Order History at the bottom. Click on the specific order you want to track. Your tracking number will be provided under the Shipments section.

How do I know if you received my order?

You should receive a confirmation email from us for all online orders within 24 hours of your online order stating the shipping time. You may track your order via this confirmation email, by shipping emails which will follow, or by calling us Toll Free with your order number.

  • If you placed your order online you will first receive an email confirmation from PayPal with a Receipt ID number letting you know your payment went through.
  • Fax & Online orders can take up to 48 hours to process at which time you will receive an email from our order entry system confirming your order with an order number.
  • Since these emails are automatically generated, some email Spam or Junk Mail filters will block them. If you do not receive these confirmation emails, check your filters for them. If you still do not see the confirmations, please call us Toll Free - your order may be incomplete, or your email address may be incorrect.
  • When placing your order online, you will be sent a confirmation email when the payment is captured. If you do not receive this email, no amount was charged to your card. If you are having trouble ordering online, we would love to be of assistance to you over the phone, in which case we can check to verify that you were not charged for this order has already been processed.

Due to our automated system, we cannot track an order until it is two business days old. You should receive an automatic tracking email before this time.

How do I know if my item is in stock and currently available?

Items with current shopping cart buttons online should be available to ship within this shipping guarantee... exceptions, of course may occur, and we will notify you if there is any difficulty with timely shipment of your item. If you'd like to find out if your item is immediately available, you may call in and we can look it up for you. We have several warehouses across the US to hold items in stock. If we do not have the item available in our warehouse in San Diego, we can call one of our other warehouses to see if they have it in stock for faster shipment.

Can my order be delivered to a PO Box?

UPS and FedEx cannot deliver to PO Boxes, so please provide a physical address, or Contact Us for quotes on other shipping methods.

Can my order be delivered to an International Address?

We offer shipping worldwide, but rates will vary to other areas. International orders must be placed by phone, fax, or email - other fees may apply.

APO's & FPO's are considered International orders.

Customers may request quotes for Express shipping or for orders outside the 48 contiguous states by clicking HERE.

Minimum orders apply for International Shipping: CPR items $1000, First Aid Items $100, other product lines vary. However, we can ALWAYS ship to a Freight Forwarder or Friend in the Continental US who can forward the order on to you, or we can arrange "Will Call" pick up via your DHL or other International Carrier account at our warehouse. Call for details and International fees (International Calls, please us @ 760.944.1048 as the Toll Free number is unavailable outside the US & Canada)

Please note, we will endeavor to provide as much information as we can to assist you with International orders, but we cannot be aware of all policies, duties, fees, and regulations of every Country and Import/Customs Department worldwide. We are pre-pay only - a large part of the reason we can offer these Quality First Aid Items at Wholesale Direct Pricing to the public, at prices are so far below all our competition is that we maintain no expensive Accounts Receivable, Billing, or Collections Departments, and we offer no billing. We're here, online, Toll Free and walk-in retail, with 4 easy ways to order and $AVE!!!

We accept PO's, but not as a form of payment. Only pre-paid orders are shipped... If you fax to 760.944.2959 or email or mail in a Purchase Order, or if your call and place an order with us Toll Free at 1.888.622.6324, we are pleased to send you an invoice for pre-payment via email (or fax if your prefer). This will assist if your organization must process a PO and invoice to issue a check.

Otherwise, you may find it more expedient to place your order via credit card online, then submitting for reimbursement at your end.

Can you send me an invoice?

If you require an invoice in order to pay, you may fax in a Purchase Order to 760.944.2959 we will email you back an invoice, with terms being pre-payment, for shipment upon receipt of your check or money order. Or you can call us back at any time to pay over the phone with a credit card.

When will my order arrive?

Our standard shipping guarantee is 1-14 business days, as stated above, but most orders ship within 24-48 hours via FedEx ground, thereby arriving MUCH sooner, however, we cannot guarantee anything other than our stated policy of 1-14 business days, unless you pay for Express Shipping. Note: We deliver without a signature requirement to save you money, if you require a signature, an additional fee applies. You must notify us when placing the order that you wish to add the signature required option and fee, or we cannot be responsible for packages left without signature.

What is your product guarantee?

One year limited warranty on all products. Some products have even longer warranties of 2-8 years!

All our items are guaranteed for 12 Month expiration or greater - many items, such as eye wash, cold packs and burn items are good for many years, some items, such as bandages may have no expiration at all. The only possible exceptions to the 12 Month guarantee are sale or clearance items or if specifically noted in the listings.

Fortunately, while we do not offer any free samples, we do have a way that you can try a product, and still benefit from our bulk discount pricing:

You may purchase samples at our discounted online pricing, then if you place your bulk order at a later date, we can credit you with the difference in price between your bulk price and the discount online price you paid for your sample.

Is an N95 mask better than a face mask?

Not necessarily; however, an N95 mask offers more comprehensive protection whether the situation requires it or not. An N95 mask filters out at least 95% of all airborne particulates that are .03 microns or larger. Meaning, it protects against harmful dust, fog, smoke, mist, gases, vapors, sprays, and pathogens such as flu viruses.

A face mask (also called a surgical or procedural mask) protects the wearer from airborne bacteria and larger particulate matter such as dust and smoke. It also protects others from "catching" the wearer's oral and nasal bacteria. However face masks do not protect the wearer from airborne pathogens or harmful mist, gases, vapors or sprays.

What happens when or if eye wash freezes?

The MSDS sheet says to avoid excessive heat or cold.

If eyewash freezes and there is no evidence of leakage then the product should be OK. Freezing will not harm the eyewash.

The only issue is sterility: Water expands when it freezes so if the seal is broken, the bottle or cap is cracked or there is any other evidence that leakage occurred DISCARD IT.)
