Father's Day & World Cup
Today on Father's Day (Happy Father's Day, Dad!) we know that many are focused on the FIFA World Cup. Soccer Injuries are no fun, but most can be addressed with a little sports first aid. Securing a cold pack and elevating a bump or contusion to avoid swelling and bruising, applying the basic "clean, treat, and protect" steps to a cut or abrasion. As long as you are prepared, safe, and have the sports medicine and first aid supplies you should, soccer can be safe and fun.
